Ltd. Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement in Japan Worth Up To
An Estimated $8 Million Dollars Over Three Years

Vsoft
Ltd. has signed an agreement with Nihon I-Tec of Japan whereby Nihon
I-Tec is to become Vsoft's exclusive distributor in Japan according
to Meir Friedlander, President & CEO of Vsoft Ltd. The agreement,
valued at an estimated $6 to $8 million over the next three years,
was negotiated by investment bank Triangle Technologies and Vsoft..
This is the second major representation agreement with an Israeli
company by Nihon I-Tec, the first being with Tecnomatix, which has
been a large success in Japan. |

Vsoft is a software company that develops and markets an innovative
family of software products for Video on Demand and digital video

Vsoft's flagship product, VideoClickÔ, is a unique software suite
for total video distribution and management, ideal for video professionals,
educational institutions and residential communities/home entertainment.
It enables simultaneous acquisition, streaming and viewing of MPEG-1
and MPEG-2 video over organizational networks or Internet broadband
networks, efficient management of video content and its users, and
integration of video knowledge into a variety of organizational workflow

The deal was put together by Triangle Technologies of Ramat Gan. According
to Ori Eizenberg, manager of the Vsoft project at Triangle Technologies,
Nihon I-Tec was chosen as a master distributor only after a thorough
survey of the Japanese Market. "After carefully considering several
candidates, we felt that Nihon I-Tec would be Vsoft's best partner
in Japan due to Nihon I Tec's proven professionalism and aggressiveness". |
