Technologies of Ramat-Gan Signs Distribution Agreement Between Hoei
Sangyo (Japan) and Vsoft (Israel)

Triangle Technologies announced today Hoei Sangyo of Japan signed
an agreement with Vsoft whereby Hoei Sangyo will become Vsoft's non-exclusive
distributor in Japan. Vsoft, of Yokneam, develops and markets innovative
video-on-demand (VOD) software products used by large organizations,
educational institutions, video production houses, television stations,
etc. for the management of video content. Vsoft's products support
the most advanced standards for digital video, such as MPEG. |

"The Japanese market is a strategic one for Vsoft due to the strength
of the digital video industry there," stated Meir Friedlander, CEO
of Vsoft. "The agreement with Hoei Sangyo is Vsoft's first business
relationship in Japan and gives us excellent access to Japanese broadcast
studios and professional video production houses". |

Vsoft's flagship VOD product, VideoClickÔ, is unique in its user-friendliness.
VideoClickÔ is also the first VOD software product which is comprehensive
and field-proven, and at the same time provides a video archival,
retrieval and distribution network for entreprises. Customers use
VideoClickÔ to store and display numerous different video movies for
many users at the same time over an organization's network or over
any Inernet broadband network. |

million dollars over time", commented Ori Eizenberg, Triangle Technologies'
project manager responsible for Vsoft's activities in Japan. "Triangle
Technologies had cooperated with Hoei Sangyo on other video projects,
and we have over the years developed a very high regard for Hoei Sangyo's
deep professional expertise and reputation with Japan's leading broadcasters
and studios, which have been Hoei Sangyo's customer's for many years." |

Vsoft has 35 employees (17 in R&D) and a subsidiary in Boston. Vsoft's
Video On Demand systems are installed in prestigious institutions
such as Berkeley, MIT, etc. Vsoft's sales for 1998 were over $1.5
million. |

Hoei Sangyo, with an annual turnover of over $130 million, is one
of the leading distributors in Japan for hardware, software and recording
media. It is an independent subsidiary of Nagase, a large Japanese
trading organization with annual sales of $4.5 billion. Hoei Sangyo's
major customers are the leading TV studios in Japan, major video studios,
and professional production houses. "The agreement with Vsoft will
strengthen our offering of equipment and software for broadcasting
